Head-made noodles have a history of about 4,000 years and are one of the most important food, especially in northern China. Although many more kinds of noodles appear as time passes, hand-made noodles prevail, because they are so easily prepared and can be cooked into various dishes. One can boil them and then add in different sauces. Hand-made noodles are suitable for everyone, including the elderly and children.

Earth Living Hand-made organic noodles comes with variety of choice in shapes & textures, Non-Preservative, Non-Artificial Flavouring & the product from Sun-Dried Process.

Organic Misoya, Organic Misua, Organic Henghua Misua, Organic Hainam Misua, Organic Yang Chuen Mee, Organic Yen Tun Mee, Organic Raman, Organic Mee Hua Khuan.

Organic Unbleached Flour, Organic Millet, Filtered Water, French Sea Salt (Nature & Progres), Bamboo Charcoal Powder.


Organic Binchotan Soba

Organic Unbleached Flour, Organic Millet, Filtered Water, French Sea Salt (Nature & Progres)


Organic Wholemeal MIsoya

Organic Unbleached Flour, Organic Millet, Filtered Water, French Sea Salt (Nature & Progres), Organic Wheat Bran


Organic Pumpkin Misoya, Organic Pumpkin Raman, Organic Tomato MIsoya, Organic Tomato Raman, Organic Spinach MIsaoya, Organic Spinach Raman. 

Organic Pumpkin/ Tomato/ Spinard, Organic Unbleached Flour, Organic Millet, Filtered Water, French Sea Salt (Nature & Progres)



COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Boiled water, 400ml.

2. Add Earth Living Organic Noodles to the boiling water, simmer for 2 minutes, stir occasionally.

3. Remove to the bowl with seasoning. Stir, and the noodles are ready to serve.
