1. Fish (Medium Size)

2. Teochew Steamed Fish Ingredients Sauce 潮州蒸鱼料汤 Vacuum Pack


1. Defrost the fish.

2. Wash the fish and descale it.

3. Take vacuum packed from freezer.

4. Boil a pot of water till boiling point.

5. Placed vacuum packed food without opening into boiling pot for 20 minutes.

6. Once it have been boiled, removed it from the boiling water and cut open the vacuum package.

7. Remove the soup from vacuum food onto a big plate. 

8. Place the washed fish on a clean plate and pour soup on the fish.

9. Steamed the fish in a steamer for 8 mins.

10. Once steamed, take your food out of steamer. Your food is ready to be eaten and serve.
