Return & Refund Policy

For any returned goods/products, users are required to request via email or WhatsApp. All returned goods/products will be checked with according to the issue or the condition stated via email or Whatsapp. The packaging should also be in original condition in the original shipping container as received for all non-perishable items. If the goods/products have been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund. Once we have checked and confirmed the goods/products, the customer will receive their refund via store credits unless negotiated within 24 hours after the confirmation.
